The contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The contact stated that an abnormal noise was coming from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the exhaust manifold was fractured and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 78,000. The VIN was not available...updated 05/14/15

Spark knock noise on passenger side of car, not in the engine along side of car, been to dealer 5 times they told me its normal noise and to get over it !! poor gas mialage dealer told me that its normal, the sticker says 15 mpg I am getting 10 to 11, again get over it... can you help please !!!
