rear tyres slips and noise due to seems to be brakes catching

Whenever the car is in reverse or turning it is sounding too much like tires slipping and sounding. Even many times going straight when the problem appears car starting turning in right side too much. I have done recently the tires alignment but there is no benefit it was just loss of money. Now do not know what to do. Please advise, it seems like sometimes brakes are catching the tires and tries to stop the rear wheels and due to that tires slipping and annoying noise appears. Thanks
