I was in a car accident October 2012 as a result of my brakes not working. I was unable to depress the pedal, there were lights on on the dashboard related to stability control. Less than month prior I had the same problem and about 500 yards later I finally had brakes again, thank god I did not have someone in front of me, stop quick.
In October 2012 accident I wasn't so lucky and I actually smashed into another vehicle. As a result of that accident I have undergone 2 major spinal surgeries.
No one seems to be able to do anything about my vehicle. I am sickened that this vehicle has been left unrepaired because an attorney advised me that I could not have it fixed. Now I am broke, and still making payments on this thing.
