The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that after retrieving the vehicle from the local dealer after a routine oil change, the contact became aware that the driver-€™s side front door had to remain opened for the driver-€™s side rear door to be opened. Additionally, the contact stated that there was a piece near the driver's side door plastic trim that was sticking out and would scratch the plastic trim near the driver's side rear door. The vehicle was taken back to the local dealer and the plastic trim along the driver-€™s side door was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 80,000.
