OK, to start with I feel GMC/Chevy has lied about fuel mileage on this vehicle...don't care if they say it's Transportation Canada problem and not theirs...it's advertised on their vehicles. So don't believe the Chevy Trax is good on gas...IT SUCKS. Back to dealer twice and can't find problem but 380-430km per tank of gas is pathetic. Lately have had dinging noise like when you leave keys in ignition...but keys not in it..didn't really think too much of it...it's a crap car so what the heck.

Well today I pick up car from 2 days at airport and start it and get click click..battery dead. got it boosted and away I go. Drove hour..parked turned off car ran into grocery store. Came out it starts. Oh yeah, I have no outside temp showing. From there I drive another 10mins turn it off get gas...start it and head for home. Made a stop at registries..when I came out damn thing is dead beyond dead...not even a click. Weird thing is radio lights and horns work as well as remote door opener.

Guy boosted me which took a bit but when I finally got it going and backed up my emergency flashers started up. Got those turned off, no a/c but it came on about 15km down road. Got home and shut car off and re-started..hmm worked. About 45min later went out and nothing, not even click yet radio lights etc. working. So all this is telling me it's not the battery. Am taking into dealer hopefully tomorrow if I can get it to run...will post what is found. But the message here is don't believe everything the website for the Chevy Trax says...I wouldn't recommend this one to my worst enemy. Too bad cause Chevy Cruze I had was an amazing car...kicking myself for trading it for this thing.
