The vehicle was not taken toa a thermostat was clogged with glue. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact researched the failure online and found that the glue that was used in the manufacturing process melted and clogged the defogger lines. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. Turn on heater get clicking noise for about 30 seconds, then stops. You would think that after all this time Chrysler, would be smart enough to fix the problem. This car has 36200 miles and is a 2013. No car should start having these issues at this stage. I have never owned a Chrysler, before and probably never will again. I would like to know how many others have this problem.
