200 Limited V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 66,700 miles

I have taken this car to the dealer, not once but 4 times, and they can’t seem to find anything wrong with it. So I took it in, and was with the sales clerk on a ride and she witnessed it doing this idle up and down from high to low thing. The tech at the dealers stated he put the car on the machine and he can’t find anything wrong with it. There is something wrong with my car and I’m getting fed up with them not fixing the problem.

A/C blowing hot, engine smoking

S J Denham dealership in Redding CA had car in shop for about 5 days. Shop called last Friday, said car was fixed. Went to pick up car and the AC was still blowing hot air AND engine was smoking all within 1 mile from the dealership after picking up. Car back in shop, dealership says the part they installed was faulty so they had to order another one. Says car won't be ready until Wed or Thur of this week. Asked for loaner, was told no, that Chrysler doesn't do that. I've only had the car for 2 months. I am so fed up........
