The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that the check engine, ABS, traction control, and air bag warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the oil pressure sensor and housing needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the contact stated that while reversing into the parking lot, she heard a rattling noise under the hood of the vehicle. The contact also stated that while driving over any small bumps in the roadway, the engine felt like as if it would fall out of the vehicle. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken back to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the shock and strut assembly, suspension strut, transmission, and motor mounts needed to be replaced. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed of a manufacturer Recall: W84 (Power Train Software Update). The failure mileage was 93,662.

The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. While driving 60 mph, the check engine light illuminated and the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the power distribution center connectors needed to be replaced, and the tcm and PCM needed to be reprogrammed. The vehicle was repaired under NHTSA campaign number: 15V470000 (electrical system); however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 14,000.

The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. While driving 55 mph, the engine stalled and all the warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The failure occurred numerous times. When the contact depressed the brake pedal, the vehicle began to accelerate. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the tcm failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 9,000.

The contact stated that while driving at 20 mph, the shift lever came out of the drive position and went into neutral independently as there was an increased of engine rpms. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. In addition, the contact stated that he recently received a notification for NHTSA campaign number: 15V470000 (electrical system).
