My 2006 chyrsler 300 has ductwork problems. The heat will not go off! also the seat warmers are very warm even when they suppose to be off. It's like sitting in a fire while driving. This has to be unsafe. Call dealer marty cancillas and service technician is aware of issue but wants to charge a $139 diagnostic fee to tell me what he already knows to be wrong. He said it was the ductwork or modor motor or some component of the ductwork in dashboard area. Please investigate.

A/C system mold and fungus removal service done on 2006 Chrysler 300 because of constant odor from A/C vent during cooling interior, service done by Chrysler dealership on 08/25/10 with 47,944mi on vehicle. The odor problem is back again and is only noticeable during A/C operation, I plan on returning to the dealership asap, it's only been 12 days since problem was addressed.
