300 Touring 3.5L V6 (215 Cl)

  • Automatic transmission
  • 60,000 miles

First and foremost Chrysler are aware and in total neglect that this is a problem with this year of the 300 series. Throughout the entire internet this problem has been noted yet Chrysler remains in denial. I wrote them and got a negative reply and they are in no way taking anything to do with this ongoing problem with the rocker arm assembly's. This vehicle needs a complete rocker arm assembly and it was 60,000 miles when it started. Non of these web sites have had any effect in any way to get this noted under a recall.. In addition when I purchased this car form a Chrysler dealer the remote start shut down the entire on board computer system nearly causing a major accident. When I reported to the local dealer he stated that they would remove it for $90. After I complained in regard to the safety being it that my wife and toddler were in the vehicle and I threatened to report them to the state of Alaska , they removed the remote start and told me not to come back with any other issues being it I did not purchase a warranty. The entire Chrysler experience has been awful from star to finish they hide behind a large corporate entity and denial is there way of aftermarket policy.

Update from Jun 7, 2015: Revived a recall on fuel shutting off going round corner the local dealer has never heard of this recall. Last week received recall on air bag, dealer said Chrysler had not sent them.any parts to fix the issue, continue driving infill they send parts, which is unknown when they will do this.
