doesnt work, error code p0645

I will have many, many complaints in total. The A/C is just the tip of the iceberg. The wiring that connects to the Power Distribution Center is corroding and wires falling out of the connectors, PDC has regular overheating problems and car randomly stalls leaving you stranded for hours till it decides to run again. The car will not even run at all without a jumper wire bypassing part of the ASD system ( jumper was there when I purchased the car used). I honestly don't understand why the 300 wasn't even named in the investigation with the others, it has all the same issues from 2010 - 2014 models according to a Chrysler tech I was speaking with. He told me they all need to be replaced as they are all faulty, every single one will fail eventually. Come on Chrysler, fix your mistakes !!!!!
