problem #1

Nov 022019

300 V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 31,544 miles

My wife brought this car for her 50 year birthday, her dream car. She has been in and out of the hospital, one surgery after the next, so she has hardly ever driven this car. The car only has 31,544 miles on it and the engine is going. All her maintenance is up to date and documented. Although the car is 8 years old, the engine should not be going on her. There are a couple of other problems but this is the worst one of them all. SHAME ON YOU CHRYSLER. I thought YOU ALL WERE BETTER THAN THIS.

The lifters in the engine are going when all of the oil changes are up to date. There should be no way that the engine should be going with only 31544 miles on it. I hope they get it right. We definitely need some help with this issue.

Update from Dec 1, 2019 Car was fix through my extended warranty after going back and forth with them. Now everyone knows that once the engine has problems that's IT!! The car is running, just not the same as before. so I don't know what the future holds for my wife's DREAM CAR!!!
