The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the windshield rear view mirrors exhibited an abnormal reflection which would block the contact's visibility of the roadway. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, to have the problem diagnosed, but declined to get it fixed.. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who stated to the contact that the issue was not a manufacturing defect and that they could not alter the design of the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 50 and the current mileage is 3,200 updated 03/28/12 updated 04/09/12

The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler 300C. The contact stated that the mirrors were equipped with anti-glare, which could not be turned off. The contact stated that the driver side mirror and the rear view mirror were extremely dark and the contact was having difficulty seeing out the mirrors. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the contact was told there was no replacement for the mirrors. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 5 and the current mileage was 2,000... updated 02/17/12
