Well, after 2 attempts to get an oil change (which are covered under our extended warranty) I ended up going to a Jiffy Lube for my oil change just to honor my warranty. Now the first appointment was cancelled by them due to inventory, the 2nd appointment was made, I took the car in , waited for 5 hrs just to have them ask me if they could keep the car for the night….I took my car home after giving the service manager a piece of my mind.
