problem #1

Jun 262015

300 2.6 6 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 80,060 miles

THE PROBLEM BEGAN IN MAY 2015. THE STEERING BECAME VERY HARD TO TURN. I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST THE POWER STEERING FLUID NEEDED AND THEN I NOTED THAT I COULDN'T PUT ANY FLUID IN MYSELF. SO FIRST I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL GOODYEAR JUST TO PUT THE FLUID IN FOR ME...THEY CAME BACK AND STATED THAT IT WAS MY RACK AND STEERING. BUT I DIDN'T WANT THEM TO WORK ON MY CAR THINKING THAT THEY WAS TRYING TO OVER CHARGE OR RIP ME OFF. SO I TOOK IT TO GWINNETT CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM IN STN MTN GA AND THAT WHERE I GOT RIP OFF.

THEY STATED IT WAS MY FLUID PUMP AND IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACE..AND THE PRICE FOR FIXING IT WILL BE A TOTAL OF $1796. AFTER THREE DAYS IT WENT BACK TO THE SAME WAY IT WAS WHEN I BOUGHT IT IN THE FIRST TIME..I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER IN STN MTN AND THEY SAID I MUST HAD HIT SOMETHING IN THE ROAD BECAUSE NOW IT MY RACK AND STEERING.. AND IT WILL BE ANOTHER $1097.00..WOW..HOW THEY DIDN'T SEE THE PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME. I TRIED TALKING TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THE HQ. NO ONE WOULD RETURN MY CALLS AND WHEN I DID TALK TO SOMEONE THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND.I WILL NEVER BUY A CHRYSLER OR DODGE EVER!!!!! GOOD YEAR HERE I COME!!!
