The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler 300. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA campaign number: 15V240000 (structure) and stated that the part needed was unavailable to perform the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The VIN was invalid. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect. Updated 09/23/16 the consumer stated the vehicle rolled into a trash can, while it was in park and caused a dent. Updated 10/05/16.
