The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler 300C. The contact stated that she received a unknown recall notification over 1 year ago. The contact took her vehicle to her local dealer (zeigler Chrysler Dodge Ram located at 3939 stadium dr, kalamazoo, mi). The contact was originally advised that her vehicle needed a battery replacement. The contact stated she took the vehicle back to the dealer and they diagnosed the vehicle as having a faulty battery. The vehicle was repaired another occasion. The contact mentioned that she left the vehicle at the dealer where it was pending to the recall remedy. There was no failure information available.
