window and console trim coming loose window and console trim coming loose window and console trim coming loose

I bought this car brand new, paid over 35,000 for it. I was thrilled with this car and I still am, except that 2 to 3 years after having this car the window trim and the console trim started coming loose. I'm not so thrilled about this! I didn’t know how to fix it - I’m not a mechanic. It was gonna cost me an arm and a leg to get it fixed so I have been driving around with my trim looking like a piece of crap on my very nice Chrysler 300 sport series car.

Had I known that there was a recall on this or a complaint I would’ve already filed for this complaint. I'm just looking up how to fix the trim on my windows on YouTube and I come across this complaint about the 2020-2021 Series Chrysler with the same complaint. I decided to file my complaint also. I am sure that if other Chrysler buyers have the same complaint, this complaint should go back to where this problem started. To have such a nice car and pay what I paid for it... this is been a thorn in my side since it started happening and at this moment I am a rose with multiple thorns because of this situation.
