300 Limited 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 19,899 miles

Transmission seems to slowly be deteriorating. I noticed improper shifts such as downshifting late or up-shifting late around 18,000 miles. Driving since, I have noticed hard shifting into and out of Park and from Park to Drive to where it actually jerks the car. Pulling into get my oil changed, shifting from Park to Drive, it slammed into gear and it was loud enough for the entire shop to hear.

I have taken my car so far three times to the dealer I purchased it from and they cannot find a problem with it. I was a mechanic for several years and I know it's not performing as designed by the way this car shifts and that it is causing more damage to the transmission each and every time it shifts improperly.

This experience has soured me on purchasing another new vehicle period and I will not ever purchase another vehicle from Chrysler after this experience.
