UConnect Radio, Navigation/Camera does not work properly. There's no Navigation, a Safety Issue especially on Road Trips. It's been a problem since around 15k mile, caring for my wife with Alzeheimers Disease. Our son finally got around to taking it in to dealer at Rogersville, TN Dodge/Chrysler dealer, and was just a few days out of warranty. No repairs were made, charge me dealer cost, $59.88. Estimate of $857.50 to repair, and now Screen is laminating at top, stating down sides of screen. A Real Problem.

There are several people I know that are having the same problem with their Uconnect system. The dealer wants $2100 to replace the system and this should be recalled with so many complaints.

Intermittently my unconnect just freezes. It will be stuck in one screen and won’t play music, navigation won’t work, Bluetooth won’t work. Just stops working. I will turn my car off and the screen stays on. It has stayed on for hours at a time. Regardless if I try to turn the car back off and on again…it just stays on but won’t work. CHRYSLER MAKES S*** CARS.
