300C

  • Automatic transmission

I purchased this Chrysler 300C on October 3, 2016 from the dealer and after driving it for one day the problem was heard while applying brakes. I called the dealer they instructed me to bring car to the service department, so yes I did. Then I was told that they greased the brakes and less than a few miles the squeaking was the same loud and embarrassing in traffic, so I called again and said while applying brakes the squeaking is very annoying and the second time asked to bring it back so I did, and the problem still exist and the third time they gave my car to a new service guy and the problem so was to replaced the pads and rotators due to rust and the problem still exist the forth visit and the fifth and now the sixth they say we don't know what it is but there is a problem. Remember you bought this car used we don't know what to do, me being a female I am pissed and they said all I can say is trade it in but no one has called and its now December I paid the first payment 524.00 and another here and the car is still an embarrassment I don't know where and what to do 24,000 dollar Chrysler 300C and Chrysler Dealership is just throwing the problem out the window Help... anybody?
