took to repair shop .... told them dont them DO NOT FIX CAR..need brakes investigated...brakes went to the floor as entering a ramp...tried to slow down...and yelled hold on we have no brakes...hit two posts which damaged the complete front end..but it slowed he car down....got it back under control..and then brakes went back to normal...this is a brand new 300c 2016 which i have had since June....been in for investigation since 8-2-16...the collision shop said take it straight to the dealer...did that...they received the car about 230 in the afternoon...close at 6....told them he need to be investigated thoroughly..that means taking everything apart....master cyliner, could in inner seals...brakes line ....the boot ,inspect calipers for leaks and the rubber ust book round the pistons...fleible hoses hydraulic lines proporting valve..master cylinder brakes are invisible esp if its ier seals the pistonsinside the master cylinder is possibly letting fluid by pass...after bringing car in at 230pm(and we all know how fast dealers check a car ..theny call me at 8am and say everything is fine...what did youjust plug in and check sensors...not good enough..then i told them to not touch car cause chrysler service center will be out to check.....well her it is aug 23, 2016 ..CSC went out the 118th..put on hoist and took pics!!!!!!!!! we have been without this car a month today...and i repeatedly all and noone returns call....we have

aaa and good coverage...if the brakes hadnt failedd it would have went straight to collission and been home already....in the meantime payments continue...also the dealer said....no recalls..well hello...dont need a recall if its a defective part....and i know all about silent recalls..my hubby worked at CTC for 37 years...so now I wait...but not takin no for an answer.....chrysler serice center is suppose to be for the people...and the people they have working on this investigation..are not competent....or reliable....and should they say nothing is wrong...what happens when you dont fix the problem and it happens again but this time someone gets hurt or killed....i guess next step i the media....... .
