Traveling on freeway at 60 mph and rear windshield was sucked out and flew to side of freeway. No prior problems with rear windshield, I.e. cracks, leaks, etc. Entire rear window and casing flew off moving vehicle on freeway. Contacted dealer who claims to have contracted manufacturer. Response was that the car was no longer under warranty and had too many miles on it. Safety issue of other motorist/vehicles as well as any passengers in backseat. Response from dealer/manufacturer not suitable.
