I am not a wealthy man. my 2016 300s is the only possession I still have, I do my best to keep it in tip top shape, but now instead of being proud of my ownership have embarrassment. If I sold someone a product that has been sold to the public for over 50 years, you would think that by now they would know what materials work and which ones don't. Plus I would be responsible for making it right especially with the amount of money this product cost.. So this is how you treat the customers that bailed you out of trouble sometime back. This issue can cause the side air bags to not work properly

I have a beautiful 2016 Chrysler 300S and the front door panels are warped at the top and the door locks are almost not showing. It is sharp and could cut someone. Seems this might be a common problem and I hope the Chrysler dealership with address it and come up with a solution.

Update from May 8, 2024: Both the passenger and drivers door panels have warped so bad it is just awful. You can hardly even see the locks. I have seen numerous complaints about this same problem. Is Chrysler going to make it right?

  • Automatic transmission
  • 17,000 miles

We've only put 48,000 miles as of 01-01-23. Check Engine Light On, Door Panels lifting front driver and passenger doors, I'll never buy anything else from Chrysler. So sad. I can't afford to fix all their mistakes 😔

300S S 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,000 miles

Cheap door panels started bulging when the car was practically new - there are so many Dodge and Chrysler owners dealing with this problem, there should be a recall because in case of side airbag deployment, it can definitely hurt someone.

There is no way I can afford what the rip off artists quoted to repair the panels. Where do I sign up for the class action suit that has been filed?
