Concorde 6-cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 174,000 miles
The contact owns a 1997 Chrysler Concorde. While driving approximately 45 mph, the back of the driver's seat collapsed backwards. The failure almost caused her to lose control of the steering. She did not get pulled back along with the seat because she was wearing her seat belt. She found a recall for this failure, but it was for the 1998 models. The manufacturer stated that her VIN was not included in the recall. The failure and current mileages were 174,000.
