Vehicle involved in head-on collision. Airbags failed to deploy allowing driver to suffer severe injuries. If air bags had deployed, driver would not have gone forward in vehicle. Driver struck head on steering wheel and broke left hand on tilt-wheel handle. Are there other instances of air bags in Chrysler products not deploying? this is supposed to be the main safety feature and it failed big time.
