The contact owns a 1999 Chrysler Concorde. The contact was driving approximately 70 mph when the windshield wiper cowl, a part which covered the base of the windshield washer, ejected from the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired for the failure. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was contacted. The failure mileage was unavailable.

: the contact stated the driver's seat was fractured. A NHTSA recall, # 03V035000 was performed on the vehicle concerning, seats: Front assembly: Recliner on 9-23-03 however, the recall did not remedy the problem. The dealership would not offer a second repair under the recall. 08/29/06 the right rear stop lamp blub had to be replaced and both front wiper blades were replaced.
