ok..once the car has warmed up (driving for 20minutes) if i am idling the car will rev @ 750 RPM and the air that was HOT coming out of the vents will become cold.. once i hit the gas and put the RPM's above 1000 the air will become hot again.... i have been told it should not idle below 750 RPM.. that true .. HELP !
