problem #1

Intrepid SE 2.7L

Awful life threatening situation, big headache, I could die anytime on the highway in front of a big rig.

The car stalls randomly during motion (40Km to 80Km), all the gauge meters whips to zero position, once every couple of hundreds kms or a couple of months.

Only good part is the engine and meters seems to recovery itself after 1/2 sec or less, the whole car choked and resumed the trip. The electrical system is reset, since the service comes back after 15mins of drive.

Service light complained P0325 which is one of the 2 knock sensors. Doesn't seem to relate to the problem directly.

Canada Chrysler Dealer doesn't have a clue after 1 weeks diagnosis, replacing the $35 cost knock sensor was quoted for $1,200 since it is very deep. I would able to sell the car as is for $1,500. Didn't invest this uncertain cure.
