PT Cruiser Limited

  • Automatic transmission
  • 65,500 miles

Chrysler, it is a shame that your transmission fails with 60000+ on a vehicle. That is a poor design of your transmission. What happened to the days of durable American products. Chrysler, you ought to reimburse ever person that has had to replace their transmission.

PT Cruiser

  • Automatic transmission
  • 54,500 miles

While driving down the freeway the car just cut off. I managed to pull over to the side of the road, then the car wouldn't start, so I called a towing service and the car was diagnosed at three shops. They all said it was the transmission; no warning lights came on the dashboard at all, just driving as normal.
