PT Cruiser LX 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 78,000 miles

first of all it was hot as can be. took the vehicle in July to see if it was the ac. Well accordind to them it was fixed. Well it never was. It never blew out cold air , and in Louisiana it's humid and super hot, so my children and I had to ride around with the windows down sweating out butts off. Then I was driving to work one day in was the last month of summer school, thank goodness my kids weren't in the car. I was about 3 car back and they had a truck stalled. well instead of the vehicle stopping, the wonderful brakes decided to lock. Luckily I had my seat belt on because even with that my body still rose. I know if the seatbelt wasn't on I'm sure I would have went out the window. I had eternal bruising, ribbs, and kidney. Well come to find out I needed surgery. Well My PT Cruiser was crushed like a can (completely totalled :( and this mans truck just had the back of it dented in. now i'm the one in pain with dislocated discs in my neck, 2 of them, did i mention that also and he has the nerve to try and sue my insurance company. some people or just so money hungry it's sicknening. When I had my Toyota Matrix I was hit 3 times, minor damage, one was an elderly man so I let him go, I let them all go. They always says say do to others as you would want others to do to you. On top of that my insurance went thru the roof. I pay more for insurance on my husbands truck and my Sebring than i do on the note for my Sebring. What does that tell you. I'm just so fustrated.

I guess i should have listened to what everyone told me and stayed away from Chystlers. I just like the cars, but ever since i have had them i've had nothing but bad luck. I'm sure it means nothing to your company, but it truly means alot to me especially working at a high school with special needs children, and having to precious children of my own, my priority is their safety. You guys probably won't even read this. but atleast i said partially what i wanted. Well you all have a blessed day!
