electrical fire electrical fire

I had this car for 6mths. first there was an oil leak, then it ran hot. took it in it was supposedly fixed then all gauges went crazy all the time while driving. On the 31st of May this year I picked my 3 year old up from day care the car started to die, then I pulled in to some apartments and the car locked down and a fire came from under the engine. I could not open my doors to get me and my child out. Luckily some man helped to get me and my child out. Needless to say the car burnt up and my car place said sorry call your insurance. It was an electrical fire, I find it hard to believe no recalls on this car. I would highly recommend this car being recalled, it is not safe.
