After purchasing a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica for my wife with the room and 3rd row seating for the kids, we discovered shortly after purchase the cradle was rotted almost all the way through. It was originally taken in for an alignment. The mechanic quoted us $1,000 for new subframe and $400 for labor. What a joke. Now we have a starting issue. Car is dead in water. Keeps saying service immobilizer. Chrysler dealer in Findlay,Ohio said it was the key. $300 for new key and to have it programmed. Still same thing. Wanted another $160 to run diagnostic test to determine problem. When testing should have been done in 1st place to determine problem. Rather then charge us for something we didn't need. What a joke. Now they are talking about the computer being bad. Another $800 to $1200. Save your money and stay away from the Pacifica, it isn't worth the headache
