: the contact stated the rear control arm fractured. It was driven on the faulty control arm to an independent repair shop. The vehicle was inspected by the mechanic and repaired. It was taken for state inspection and failed due the inner tie rods needing replaced. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection or repairs.
