Several yrs ago, I started to notice what looked like water spots on the roof directly above the windshield and the tops of the doors. The spots have progressed to bubbling, then peeling and chipping of the clearcoat. I keep the car in the garage and washed on a regular basis. I recently noticed this above the windshield on a newer model Jeep as well. Wondering if this is normal or a run of bad paint from Chrysler?
