The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. While driving at an unknown speed on wet pavement, the rear of the vehicle skid and slid. The vehicle fish tailed, became very unstable, and was difficult to control. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the rear suspension failed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. Updated 02/23/16

When driving the car the back end swerves and shakes as you go around curves and the back of the car body rolls from side to side. An accident has not occurred yet, but the dealer has looked at the car several times and says there is no problem with it.
