It is outrageous that this is such a known issue, yet Chrysler refuses to acknowledge or inform customers. My vehicle is now worth nothing - and I am still paying for it. So now I am boggled down with multiple car notes and a piece of junk sitting in my driveway.

I'm financing this P.O.S. from a used Car Dealer in Philadelphia, PA... I opted to add an Extended Warranty when I financed the car, however due to my distance from them they have not had a Tow Truck in my area for over 2-1/2 weeks so not only do I have the stress of that I have the stress of not feeling safe driving my car. And after this evening of going to my friends garage to put my car on his Hydraulic lift to get better pictures of the motor mount for my files I found that the damage is worse than I thought when I found the problem over a month ago and its been sitting! I'm glad I had my friend help me get a better look, now I'm letting it sit till they come get it. I just pray they fix it!

I originally discovered the problem while driving to a Dr. Appointment with my daughter in the car, the car started to shake and I assumed I had a flat tire, pulled off the side of the road did a walk around and couldn't find a flat. I then looked under the front end to see if I had run over something and found a huge separation in the metal frame of the motor mount. I immediately turned the car around and borrowed a vehicle from my father to go to my appointment. As soon as I came home I called the dealership to schedule them to come pick it up and sent them pictures. That was on Friday:November 11, 2016 and the car still hasn't been picked up!!!!!

FCA (Chrysler) PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have been having this problem with the car shutting off for several months. I have taken my car to several Machanics and they do not know why this is happening. The machanic put this car on the machine to test it and it did not show a code for this probelm. The car is still doing the same thing every tiime I drive the car. I have to leave home in the dark and come home in the dark. I am afraid to go to work because of the car shutting off with little warning and now it is shutting off with no warning ! I AM AFRAID FOR MY LIFE AND MY CHILDRENS LIFE WHEN THEY DRIVE MY CAR ! I DO NOT TAKE MY GRANDCHILDREN IN MY CAR BECAUSE OF THIS PROBELM. THERE IS A RECALL ON THIS CAR AND BECAUSE MY VIN NUMBER IS NOT ON THE LIST THEY WILL NOT FIX MY CAR IT IS THE (POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE) (TCM,PCM) THIS IS THE RECALL FOR THE 2006 THE AFFECTED AMOUNT ON THE RECALL IS 12,928. I FILES A COMPLAINT WITH THE NHTSA AND THEY SAID IT WAS ON THE RECALL LIST. THE DEALER SHIP SAID MY CAR WAS NOT ON THE RECALL LIST BY THE VIN NUMBER. THE SAME PROBLEM IS HAPPENING TO MY CAR THAT IS ON THE RECALL LIST. TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT BEFORE SOME ONE FIX THE PROBLEM !!!!

I had the car checked for the other problems and the motor mount is broke! In the check list there are several problems reported on the complaint list that this have happened to several Chrysler Pacifica cars! Why haven't any one reported this to the owners of the cars to get this problem fixed before purchasing the car. I hate I ever purchased this car!!!!!!
