Pacifica Hybrid LX V6

I found this site too late. I just bought a used 2017 Pacifica with 30,000 miles. It hops and creaks and bounces. Turning hard left (I know to never turn to even near maximum) feels/sounds as if the tires are scraping the fender well. It does it a little less turning left. Barely turning like onto an onramp or wide curve, there's a grinding noise at right front end, and ALL of these times there is a tightness in Steering wheel like a grinding/rubbing feel/sound. The BTB warranty expires next month. The (non-Chrysler) dealership I purchased it from, just put on new tires and aligned it and delivered to me. I was informed yesterday by a Chrysler tech while riding with him, that's just how these cars do, cars just creak and roads are not even. I explained how I SAW a tire shop mechanic who had it on the rack move the left front tire and show me how the top of it was moving when he turned the wheel with his hands, and explained the strut was bad.

Finally, after my insisting/pleading of riding with him, to show him so could see the problem, it scraped/rubbed on the left, and said MAYBE it needed a shock. He did hear a grinding sound as we turned right onto a freeway onramp. I, said, OK you heard that? What was that? He said, "I heard it, I have no clue". I left the car with him, and called later, the main tech said, it would need a shock that would be in in 10 days. I questioned him saying only one, because I'd heard you should do both. and further asked "which one?" He said, "I don't know he didn't write it down". Neither of them were there when I arrived the next day to pick it up, and NO MENTION whatsoever on the invoice of even having to order the part. I had then check other problems, but this forum requests separate entries. What they did write was "customer thinks noise when turning, cause of noise inspected, all front suspension all tight".

I've driven many types of cars for many years, I know when something is wrong. New tires with these bad struts are not going to last me long. I bet in their (lack of) training sessions, they mostly concentrate on mastering the art of the condescending looks and sighs as they act if they have never heard of such a thing in their lives!! It's all over the internet and your site, some say the suspension actually comes off!! Good Grief!! Any suggestions?
