i was driving down the road heard a clunking sound so i pulled into a parking lot. when i got into the parking lot the wheel fell off. the lower ball joint snapped out of place. i took it to a body shop and they wanted over 3000 for the job to be done right. the car bottomed out and caused a lot of engine problems. i took it to the local Chrysler dealer ship and found out the ball joint got recalled. it saved me over 3000 dollars and i paid nothing for it to be fixed
