Nar 1/15/2003. The consumer was unable to get the ABS to activate or the wheels to lock up on dry pavement. The consumer stated on wet surfaces, the problem was magnified because when the ABS did activate, it reduced the brake pressure to the point that they were completely useless.

After repairing the brakes eight times manufacturer was notified, but did not offer assistance because of the warranty. Every four months the brakes, pads, and rotors have been serviced or replaced. The consumer was told by Chrysler that her vehicle could not be repaired properly and preprare to fix her vehicle every four months.
