Antifreeze is leaking into engine compartment.

The inconvenience of keeping the coolant level topped up is only a minor inconvenience.

The main issue related to this leak is that over time the antifreeze will apparently eat away the engine bearings resulting in low oil pressure (which has already occurred).

In addition to this apparently the antifreeze mixing with the oil causes the engine oil to sludge up and clog the oil return galleries causing oil starvation to some parts of the engine.

Also, apparently there is an engineering problem with the overhead cam and timing chain being under-engineered.

The internet is full of problem stories about the 2.7 liter chrysler engine.

Heat in car was blowing cold, added antifreeze. Heat would be fine for one day, next day same thing would happen. Jacked my car up, put in more anti-freeze, I could hear and see it pissing right back out of my car almost as fast as it was put it. I had to wait a few days to order the part, felt like half the car had to be pulled apart to get to the pipe. I just don't understand how a steel pipe like that could rust out so bad.
