The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. While driving 5 mph, a loud popping and rolling noise was heard coming from the passenger side of the dashboard. The contact noticed pieces of the dashboard falling and cracking from the driver to the passenger side of the vehicle towards the air bags. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 26,556.

The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. The contact stated while driving approximately 5 mph she heard a loud popping noise. The contact was able to drive the vehicle to her residence. An independent mechanic went to the contacts residence and diagnosed that the frame underneath the vehicle was welded several times. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 125,000.

The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. He noticed the rocker panels were starting to rust and took the vehicle into the dealer for further inspection. It was verified thatt the rocker panels would need to be replaced. The manufacturer was contacted and they advised the vehicle was not under recall, however they did offer to assist with a small percentage of the repair costs. The remainder of the repairs would be at the owner's expense. No repairs were made to date. The failure mileage was 89,851 and the current was 90,155.

Water/rain leak excessively through the seals of my convertible. Dealership is aware of the problem and after taking the vehicle there four times for this problem, they told me that it is a convertible and it is suppose to leak. I know other people who have the same vehicle and do not have the same problem as I.
