Sebring SLX 2.7L

Today was probably the 7th or 8th time that I got bashed in the head with the trunk hood. I am so very lucky that I have not suffered a concussion yet. This time I backed away a bit when I thought it was falling and it hit my forehead and left a huge bump on my forehead. I was lucky it didn't hit me in the nose as it would have broken for sure. After icing it for half an hour it went down somewhat and it is SO DANGEROUS. IT COULD KILL SOMEONE AND CHRYSLER NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! I went to the wrecker and replaced them once and they still slip and I keep getting struck in the head. One of these days, if I am knocked unconscious, you can be sure that I will be suing Chrysler. For them this should be a simple fix. Why did they have to make that hood so f**king heavy. Some trunk hoods when you put the key in and turn them they just pop open. Some days I can hardly lift mine as I now have two bad shoulders with cysts on one and a torn rotator cuff on the other one. SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM.
