Sebring

  • 94,000 miles
The contact owns a 2003 Chrysler Sebring. While driving approximately 3 mph and proceeding to make a left turn, the engine stopped without warning. There were no warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact inspected underneath the hood and noticed that the engine was overheating. After several attempts, the engine finally started and made a loud knocking noise. Immediately following, the temperature gauge increased drastically. The vehicle was towed to the authorized dealer and they stated that the failure was due to engine sludge. The vehicle has not been repaired. The failure and current mileages were 94,000.
