Sebring Touring 3.7L V6

I bought this car 2/14/12, on 2/21/12 had a remote start installed from a trusted business.(had used them at least 2-3 times in past on other cars we owned in the past). The business unhooked the original remote (for unlocking and panic only). They installed a remote starter and lock/unlock functions. I had no problems for 1 month, then in March 2012, I left work, got in my car, turned the key..nothing, no clicking or anything. I tried the key a few more times, and it started!, however, when I put my foot on the brake and went to put it in gear, it died. I tried the remote and the panel lit up but car didn't turn over at all.

I did this a couple of times with the same results. Had it towed to a Chrysler Dealership, and they told me the remote starter place has left a bare wire which had touched the steering column, shorting it out, blowing the ignition fuse, which made the key chip not recognize the code. They taped the bare wire, replaced the fuse-$198.00. Now it is April 21, 2012, I am going to work and my car will not start with the key or remote. Same thing as before. My husband replaced another blown fuse. What is making it blow Now???
