problem #1

Dec 012009

Sebring Limited

I brought my car 4/2008 two days after I had the check engine light was on. Took it back to dealer and they fixed it. Two months later I took it back for the same problem and they fixed it again. In 9/2008 I parked my car in the garge from 9/2008 until 07/2009 due to I went over seas. My husband would start the car up once a week. August 2009 when he got ready to bring my car to Norfolk, VA. the check engine light came back on again. Took it to the dealer and they fixed again. When I drove back to home from Norfolk the light came back on again. Took in to the dealer and they fixed it. Then 12/2009 I was driving and my airbag light came on took it to the dealer they said the airbag sensor was gone on it and I had to pay $500 to get it fixed. They then called the manufactor to see if they can cover the part and they said ok and would give me a 3 years warranty on. So the dealer said I had to pay for the labor which was $216.00.

Today 1/04/2010 my airbag light comes on again. I do not want this car anymore I am afraid something bad might happen to this car . I normally buy a Honda accords they do not give me problems like this. So what do I do about this? The lemon law is up. I was wondering would the dealer let me trade this call in for another with no down payment, same payment amount that I have and payoff this car 2007.
