I own a 1999 Town & Country lxi. On Jan. 24, 2003 I had taken it to my local garage for a broken seat. I was informed that the seat track at the motor assembly was broken. Chrysler's position is that this is my responsibility. It is my contention that a seat should be able to withstand the impact of a crash, and not fail due to normal wear and tear. To me, this is a very serious safety issue.
