My 2 year old son pushed the button to close the hatch on our 2006 Town and country mini-van and my husband was packing the car and was under the hatch and he thought is was going to bounce back up like it has in the past and it did not. The back hatch kept closing down on him he thought it was going to pin him in so he put his arm over his head to try and stop the hatch from pushing down on him and only when he pushed up so hard that is snapped the arm off the back hatch did it stop and bounce back up. Also my husbands wrist and arm were swollen from the hatch pushing down on him. That could have been by two year son under there and it could of killed a small child or person. My husband stated he barely was able to push the hatch up.
