EVERY TIME I GO TO PUT GAS IN MY VAN IT ACTS LIKE IT IS FULL, IT KEEPS STOPPING. THIS IS GETTING WORSE EVERY TIME, TO THE POINT I AM READY TO TRASH IT BECAUSE NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS ESPECIALLY IN WINTER AS I AM NOW. I CAN NO LONGER TELL IF I HAVE A FULL TANK OR NOT. I HAVE SEEN OTHER COMPLAINTS ON THIS SAME ISSUE WITH THE SAME YEAR. THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE FIXED. WHAT MAKES IT EVEN WORSE IS I AM STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON THIS VAN. IT IS ALSO CAUSING AN OCCASIONAL CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TO COME ON FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND GO OFF. P0404 WHICH IT IS NOW DOING ABOUT EVERY 3 WEEKS AND LASTS LIKE 3 DAYS..PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME IF YOU NEED TO KNOW MORE.

For some reason the fuel will not go into the tank. I have removed the filler hose and blown out the check valve line. There are no visible obstructions. I do not know of any part that I can replace.

My van stalls after a full tank fill up. Called Chrysler to check for recalls, they state no recalls and "they have never heard of this problem"? I told her that was funny, thousands of people are having the same issue with these vans! According to several forums, it is a issue with the purge valve on the fuel tank. The only solution is a complete fuel tank replacement!

stalls after fill up.

The van is in the shop right now having the whole fuel tank replaced because of a valve in the fuel system that's not working properly, and the only way to replace it is to replace the tank. They were able to obtain a used tank which is saving me over a grand, but still pricey!
