The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. The contact stated that the air bag warning lamp was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the clock spring was defective and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was serviced however, the repair failed to remedy the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 18,468 and the current mileage was 20,000. Updated 04/27/12
